About us

Blueworkers was started in Denmark in 2007 by a group of freelance consultants wanting to offer other freelance consultants a network and base to work from. We are based in Glostrup, Denmark and operate internationally, as well as locally.

Our focus is primarily within Dynamics (NAV, AX & CRM) resources in the two areas:

• Providing freelance consultants to Microsoft Partners, End users and Microsoft internationally
• Delivering Dynamics training to Microsoft Partners, end users and Microsoft internationally directly and through training cooperation partners (CPLS – Certified Partner Learning Solutions)

Our roots in the Microsoft Dynamics community go back many years from Navision to Microsoft and to the Microsoft partner channel and from Consulting to International partner training. We have operated with freelancers locally and across borders in previous job roles for several years and what we see are more and more people choosing to work freelance and that traditional jobs are changing. Careers are changing and countries are changing. It is no longer uncommon to work on a project basis or have a freelancer on staff from Ukraine or another country any longer.

We have the experience and knowledge with us from our years in the Dynamics business to provide a competent sales channel for freelance consultants. With the enormous lack in IT resources, we believe by uniting freelancers in a network that first and foremost benefits and supports their business and builds their skills, we can offer customers a wider choice of qualified consultants that wouldn’t be available otherwise and thereby strengthen the Dynamics channel by opening a new option when recruiting, either by educating new consultants or by engaging with freelancers.
